Metal fire bowls will rust.
So to reduce rust we suggest a cover when not in use
All fire pits can be re-painted.
Rust will not affect use or functionality.
Metal fire bowl surfaces will become very hot in use and will burn the skin if touched, burning temperatures can be very high.
So we recommend the use of fire-resistant gloves at all times.
You should always keep children and animals at a safe distance
For outdoor use only.
Garden Chefs tips for a better fire:
- Use a good amount of kindling to get the fire going
- Where possible only use kiln-dried logs, (kiln-dried wood gives off far less smoke)
- Split logs down with an axe for the first hour or so (thicker logs will smoke more)
- Keep the temperature up by regularly adding logs
