MONOLITH CLASSIC THERMOMETER
This lid thermometer is already in your Monolith Classic Kamado when delivered.
It works in a temperature range up to 480 degrees. The thermometer allows you to get the last bit of perfection out of your dishes.
The thermometer is universally designed for the Classic series. Due to the considerable differences between the cooking chamber and the outside temperature, the thermometer can sometimes “fog up” from the inside. This condition is normal and the moisture that evaporates over time.
