    Terribly disappointed to start. The item, which was part glass, arrived in shards having been sent out in just a plastic post bag! the rest of the item was scratched and spoiled by the broken glass. However, my email complaint was answered within minutes. A new Item was dispatched that day, arriving the next day in substantial packaging. The contact I had was full of apologies and assurances that the packaging system would be improved. My faith was restored and I would order from the company again.
