The Monolith Pizza Stone is a must-have accessory for the monolith grill when cooking any pizzas, bread or even cakes.

The open-pored base absorbs the moisture from the dough and ensures a crispy bottom.

Optimal results are achieved in combination with the corresponding deflector stone and the spacer, so the bottom of the stone is not too hot.
