If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

We encourage our customers to check their product before use and to keep all original packaging until you are sure the product is right for you.

All returns must be in the original packaging and must be in perfect condition and be unused.

Customers wishing to return their order will be expected to pay the return postage, when returning goods we strongly suggest insuring the goods in transit as goods returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

If goods are damaged during the return process it will be up to the buyer to make a claim from their shipping company, unless we have arranged the return for you and therefore insured the goods in transit ourselves.

We are happy to arrange the return postage for our customers, but please note the return postage cost, once agreed, will be deducted from any refund.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Customers must check deliveries for damage, if damage is clear and substantial, delivery should be refused.

If damage is discovered after an order has been unpacked images should be taken and immediately sent to

Faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Faulty or damaged goods will either be replaced or refunded as agreed

Grace Matthews trading as Garden Chefs will pay any postage costs related to returning or replacing faulty or damaged goods.

We may offer you a discount if you wish to keep any damaged or faulty goods, if an offer is excepted by the customer no further refunds or complaints will be accepted for said goods.

You do not have to accept any offer made to you at anytime, and you will be entitled to a full refund if you so choose

In some cases we may kindly ask you to dispose of damaged or faulty goods
