The massive enamelled cast iron plate turns CUBE into a Plancha grill.

The plate can be adjusted in height – therefore the is heat controllable

Ideal for prawns, shrimp, small calamari, sliced courgettes or a mix of vegetables.

As well as the smooth grill surface, the cast plate has a fluted side on which every steak gets a perfect branding.

Please note that this price is for one double-sided plate.

For the best results, we suggest ordering 2 plates which will give you the maximum cooking surface and also allow you to place plates at different heights
