Whether you choose firewood for a classic camp-fire feel or premium pellets for up to two hours of uninterrupted fire, the MOON delivers an unforgettable ambience.

The elevated high stand raises the fire bowl to approximately 75 cm height, giving you a commanding fire feature that’s perfect for garden lounges, patios and modern outdoor spaces.

The all-black aesthetic ensures the fire remains the centrepiece while blending seamlessly into contemporary décor. Use only on fire-safe surfaces and maintain the manufacturer’s clearance requirements.

Step 1:

Fill the MOON with pellets, leaving the perforated circle below the opening free (approx. 10-12 kg of pellets).

Step 2:

Place 2-3 pieces of kindling wool on top of the pellets.

Step 3:

Moisten the wool and the pellets with höfats bioethanol gel fuel.

Step 4:

Light the wool, watch the pellets start to burn and after a few minutes you will see the fascinating play of flames.

When using pellets, the fire is more sensitive to wind than when using firewood. In both cases, however, the fire can easily be rekindled.

If a gust of wind extinguishes the fire and turns the flames to smoke, take your barbecue or fire tongs, grab a firelighter and light it.

Place the burning firelighter in your MOON fire basket. This will reignite the fire and make the smoke disappear in no time..

Smokeless fire

MOON sets new standards with its wood gasification technology. Rising wood particles are burnt in a second combustion stage, so there is virtually no smoke. This means no unpleasant odours and no complaints from the neighbours!
