MONOLITH FISH PLANK – BEECH
Simply put a whole salmon fillet on the board. Then attach it to the grill of your ceramic grill using the bracket provided. The heat can now reach the fish optimally. The frame is perfect for keeping salmon in or out of the fire. Meat, such as stomach, ribs or chicken meat also get a special touch thanks to this cooking method.

The beech board can be used several times, and is reversible. The stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe.
