The 140 kg Monolith Le Chef Pro Series 2 is the largest ceramic Kamado of them all and is the leading ‘chefs choice BBQ’ which comes as no surprise due to the large range of accessories and cooking options
The Le Chef can BBQ, roast, sear, steam, bake, grill, and, smoke food to tasty perfection, the classic is the perfect choice thanks to its new improved 4 level 1/2 grates smart system.
All Monoliths are built with a stapled stainless steel and fiberglass gasket using high-quality metal bands, armed with brand new cast iron exhaust valves, and fitted with the novel slide system for greater stability.
