If you want to achieve the perfect cooking condition for your food, you need the MONOLITH temperature sensors.

These are specially designed for the digital Thermolith temperature controller and measure both the core temperature of your food and the heat in the cooking cabinet.

You will receive two probes, one in blue and one in yellow, which make it easy to distinguish between them.

They are supplied in a nice holder, which means you can store the probes safely and always have them to hand.
